Overview prices for sunflower, oil and meal
The dollar is growing, the demand for sunflower oil is increasing, factories are working with increased activity, reminiscent of pre-war times. These actions, which have not gone unnoticed by any market observer, affect prices that are becoming more and more attractive to sell. There are many offers and quite attractive prices.

As for sunflower seeds, their availability is sufficient, exports are not as active as last year, as already noted by Bulgarian and Romanian analysts. The prices are currently as follows: in the ports and in the South of the factories, 15,100-15,500 hryvnias with VAT, which is about 300 dollars without VAT. Similar prices on the terms of the Central Ukraine CRT, and on the Danube Port CRT – 15,800 hryvnias with VAT.
Sunflower oil. Overview prices
In the oil segment, there is a positive trend in terms of prices. At the end of the week, buyers in big water ports can buy it for $815 CRT, or $825 FOB. European prices are also extremely attractive: from $850 to $975 per ton, depending on delivery terms.
Meal. Overview prices
As for meal, the situation is less clear-cut. The Ukrainian domestic market is active, but prices are not so high on foreign markets. For example, CIF China prices are $300-$305, Thailand is $350, and Europe is $245-$275. Overall, the sunflower oil and meal market reflects activity and opportunities that can be profitable for market participants with proper planning and balanced strategies.
